if you're under 30, most of these shows were pulled from the air before you were born.

4. M*A*S*H
5. Argh, Billy Joel. I think I've blanked the series that used it for good reason.
9. BJ and the Bear?
10. The Fall Guy

Errrr, that is all.

All correct by The Fool (2.00 / 0) #13 Tue Nov 21, 2006 at 03:31:00 PM EST
Strangely enough, I recently received a spam that contained a combination of the lines to the themes from The Fall Guy and BJ and the Bear.

Very odd to be reminded of those two shows.

The Billy Joel song, as posted by Mr. Abooey, was from Bosom Buddies.

Argh by Vulch (2.00 / 0) #23 Tue Nov 21, 2006 at 05:14:27 PM EST

That was the series Tom Hanks likes to pretend never existed? Now I must spend years re-purging my brain...

Something similar came up in a newsgroup a couple of days ago which is why BJ and the Bear had floated up, the spam inspiring that list included The Littlest Hobo, Mysterious Cities of Gold and Ulyssess. The last two being given away slightly by being mentioned in the quoted lines.

I was expecting at least a token rant about the patriarchal fascist message encoded in the theme song, but no such luck.
